Your submittal of an online order and / or your telephone order is a conditional acceptance by Disposable Flasks, Inc. of your offer to purchase our merchandise, as well as your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

The information and images on this website are protected by law under applicable trademark and / or trademark laws. No item on this website may be copied, republished, reproduced, reverse-engineered, or otherwise retransmitted in any format without the expressed written consent of Disposable Flasks, Inc.

Credit Card Security & Privacy

We will never sell, distribute or share any personal or credit card information with anyone. We use PayPal for all credit card transactions. Please see their Privacy Policy www.paypal.com.

Payment

Payment is due in full prior to shipment or production unless prior arrangements were agreed to by written or verbal consent of both parties. Credit card authorization and verification of the address to which the credit card statements are sent is required before processing the order. If the address of the credit card statements does not match the credit card provided, the order will not be successfully billed and may be subsequently delayed.

Online Order Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the following:

•   1. A Receipt Number: (####-####-####-####) only if you are not paying via Pay Pal. If paying via Pay Pal we will refer to the transaction ID number.
•   2. Your confirmed shipping address and shipping method.
•   3. Payment Details.

Sales Tax

Disposable Flasks, Inc. is required by law to collect all applicable sales tax for the state of South Carolina.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Disposable Flasks, Inc. will make every effort to keep pricing listed up to date.

Claims, Adjustments and Returns

If you have any problems with your order, please contact Customer Service at 843.608.3081 within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please have your receipt, transaction ID or invoice number available. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

Manufacturer Defective Product

We offer a 100% guarantee against manufacturer defects and will replace any defective product. Please contact us immediately by email at sales@disposableflasks.com or by phone at 843.608.3081 to report any defects with your Disposable Flask. Although we do not offer refunds for defective products, our customer service staff will work quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues.

Liquid Capacity

The size and liquid capacity noted on each of our products are only an approximation, and cannot be construed as the exact size or capacity of the item. These indications only serve as generalizations.

E-mail Special Promotions

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to allow Disposable Flasks, Inc. to send you periodical promotional materials regarding our products via e-mail.
